Today, the need for the small web is greater than ever, and with this in mind I have set up this community site where game updates and dev blogs will be posted, and community discussions can be had.
I expect the forums themselves to be fairly quiet for a while, though I do want to encourage anyone interested to join up and participate! Meanwhile, this platform will be where official dev blog entries and game updates are posted.

In terms of development moving forward, I will have more to share soon. In the meantime I want to reassure everyone that I very much intend to see the game to completion - I'm working on it every day!
Join the Matrix room!
For instant messaging, I personally use Matrix. This is an open protocol (like IRC!) and has the huge benefit of being entirely decentralized and not tied to a singular client. There is a public Core Decay room here:

While the Matrix community is currently very small, it is the best place to reach out to me directly, and my hope is that there will be a small but closely knit community gradually emerging over time!
Looking for a Discord server? 3D Realms, the game's publisher, operates an official one at https://discord.gg/3drealms. It is quite active, though dev interaction is limited as I do not generally use Discord myself.
